Spell to Voice (s2v) is provided to you free of charge. You may use the application and all of its features without any payment or subscription required.

2. No Guarantees

Spell to Voice is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The availability, reliability, or uptime of the application
• The accuracy or quality of text-to-speech output
• The performance of any features or functionality
• The security or integrity of data stored in the application
• Compatibility with any specific device, browser, or operating system

3. Limitation of Liability

By using Spell to Voice, you agree to hold the creator, Jonathan Loudon, and any contributors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the application. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions
• Loss of data or communication content
• Inability to access the application when needed
• Any consequences resulting from reliance on the application

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your use of the application and any content you create
• Maintaining backup copies of any important communication boards or data
• Ensuring appropriate supervision when used by minors or vulnerable individuals
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Privacy and Data Usage

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties under any circumstances.

Any data you create (communication boards, phrases, settings) is stored securely and is only accessible to you and those you explicitly share it with.

We reserve the right to use your email address for future communication regarding SpeakEasy updates, new features, or other related topics. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page in the application. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including communication boards, saved phrases, and preferences. This action cannot be undone. We recommend exporting any boards you wish to keep before deleting your account.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of Spell to Voice constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
